Yes, you can get admission. Candidate must have passed 10+2 in commerce from a recognized board. Interested candidates can apply online with the required information. Admission is based on the marks obtained in 10+2.

For becoming IAS officer, you can opt for any of the graduation courses either B.Com or B.A. Then, prepare for UPSC which will take you atleast 2 years and then you can write the exam.
