The minimum scores required for admission to the BJMC course at IMS Ghaziabad UC Campus range from 40% to 45%. The eligibility criteria that is available on the official website of the institute is that candidates must complete their Class 12 from a recognised board of education from any stream.

Therefore, candidates with 70% scores in Class 12 are eligible to get admission into BJMC courses. However, the admission is based on merit, so there are chances that the students with more than 70% secured all seats in the BJMC programme.

Yes, if any applicant has secured more than 80% in their Class 12, they are eligible to get the IMS Ghaziabad UC Campus BJMC Academic Excellence Award. In this award, candidates will get INR 25,000 as a scholarship in terms of concession on tuition fees. The Institute does not specify any stream specification to get this scholarship. Hence, candidates with more than 80% in their Class 12, irrespective of stream specification, can apply for this scholarship.

To be eligible for the BJMC programme, candidates must ensure that they meet the requisite academic qualifications. As per the official website, candidates must have passed Class 12 in any stream with at least 45% aggregate from a recognised board. Additionally, those who belong to the SC/ST categories must have a minimum aggregate of 42.75% aggregate in Class 12. Hence, the selection for the BJMC programme at DPGDC is merit-based.

The eligibility criteria for the Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC) program at the Directorate of Distance Education (DDE) of Pondicherry University is to have passed 10+2 or 11+1.
