Applying for any further courses requires the submission of your class 10th mark-sheet at the particular institution. So if you want to get back your lost mark-sheet simply download the lost mark-sheet form, fill it up and submit it at the CBSE Patparganj office in Delhi or at the regional office of your state. The charges for issuance of mark-sheet on non-urgent basis is Rs 100 and for urgent basis it's 200. If you are from state board, submit the application at your state board office.

Bachelor of Physical Education B.P.Ed is a 3-4 years undergraduate course that can be pursued after completing a 10+2 or graduation degree from a recognised university. To pursue a B.P.Ed Course, one can apply directly on the basis of merit or has to appear for the B. P. Many private college offer B.Ed student take directly admission without any entrance exam and many college select student on the basis of 10+2 merit.
