Can I migrate from university to college in B.P.Ed.? I got 75% in 1st, 76% in 2nd and 81% in 3rd semester.

Yes, you can but you need a TC and valid reason for migration.

No, you can do BP.Ed only after graduation. BP.Ed is a second degree program of 1 year and first degree has to be of minimum 3 years.
