Yes, with a B. Pharmacy degree, you can enroll in a three-year Pharm.D (Post Baccalaureate) programme and effectively start at the fourth year of a six-year integrated Pharm.D course. This is often called Pharm.D (PB) or Post Baccalaureate Pharm.D.

KR Mangalam offer BPharma courses at the UG level. It is a four-year course. Students are selected based on national-level entrance exam scores, i.e., CUET. The total tuition fee for this course ranges between INR 5.8 lakh-INR 7.8 lakh. The university offers a BPharm programme via the School of Medical & Allied Sciences (SMAS).
