There are only 15% government college seats allowed through ICAR exam. The cut-off seems to increase with each passing year and the growing popularity of the course. But for general category, 60% marks will assure to get a good college all over India.

According to the college, fees are different. For ICAR, your fees is INR. 10, 000 per annum (central agriculture) for other state colleges, fees differ it may be INR. 30000- INR. 45000 excluding hostel fees.

They will release the notification regarding the admission. Also, you should go through the ICAR AIEEA prospectus and see the list of universities under ICAR accordingly. Check their websites to see the detailed admission procedure.
