Yes, you can definitely go for B Sc and M.Sc in chemistry as you had PCM as well as Biology in 12th.

But, you need to clear the entrance exams to get admission depending upon the college

A score of 517 is quite good supposing it's out of 600. You can get a good college. List out the colleges you wish to apply to and then you will get a better idea. Check the previous year cutoff for the same colleges.
