For admission to SRM University AP's BSc programme, students must have fulfil the eligibility criteria. Mentioned below are all the requirements set by the university:

  • Must have attained the age of 16 years and 6 months on the 31 July of the calendar year
  • Complete Class 10 with a minimum of 60% or equivalent
  • Passed Class 12 with a minimum aggregate score of 60% or equivalent. Students appearing for Class 12 exams are also eligible to apply.

The BSc IT eligibility after 12th is to pass the Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate score. The subjects must include Mathematics/Computer Science/Statistics/Information Science. There might be some relaxation on marks for SC, ST, OBC, etc., categories.

  • To be eligible for B.Sc. Nursing programs in Andhra Pradesh through the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, you must have passed the intermediate examination (10+2) with Biology, Physics, and Chemistry, securing at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories). 
  • Candidates should be Indian Nationals or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/ Overseas Citizens of India (OCI). 
  • Candidates must be Andhra Pradesh/Telangana state residents and should meet the local/non-local status requirements by Educational Institutes in Andhra Pradesh under admission regulations.

There is a separate course for maths honours that is B.Sc Mathematics Hons. If you want to pursue any BSc course, then Maths will be included in it For example, if you do economics hons, then maths will also be taught as a separate core paper.

Selection Criteria for admission to this course shall be on the basis of Merit list generated from CUET score/ respective Entrance exams.
