B.Sc Eligibility

To be eligible for admission to BSc programs at Sangai International University (SIU), candidates are required to meet the following criteria:

• Successful completion of Class 12 from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.

• Proficiency in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects in Class 12.

For specialised programs like BSc in Fashion and Apparel Design, additional criteria apply:

• Minimum 55% marks in aggregate in Class 12.

• Successful completion of subjects including English, Mathematics, and one of the following: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Computer Science.

Application procedures involve visiting the university's website to complete the online application form. The application period typically spans from May to July. Notably, the selection process for BSc programs relies on the candidate's academic performance in Class 12, with no entrance exam requirement. This streamlined process aims to assess candidates based on their academic achievements and adherence to specific subject requirements.

Students can only pursue BSc at Periyar University's affiliated colleges. Admission to BSc course at Periyar University is entirely merit-based. Candidates are selected based on their merit scores obtained in the last qualifying exam. There is no entrance exam required for BSc at Periyar University. To get admission to BSc course, aspirants are required to pass Class 12 in the respective subject. They must have passed Class 12 from either Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Board or any equivalent board. To be eligible for B.Sc. programs at G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Completion of 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks in the relevant subject from a recognised board (as per Shiksha).
• Successful completion of 10+2 with 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB), and English as mandatory subjects.
• Meeting the minimum mark requirement of 50% for the unreserved category (as per Pantnagar University Admission).
• For B.Sc. in Agriculture Economics, a B.Sc. or B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture, Fisheries, or Forestry is required (as per the official website of G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology).
