No, it won't be a problem. You should have obtained at least 50% in the qualifying degree exam. Backlogs will not affect your enrollment for the Entrance examination. I got 6 backlogs in my previous semester (5th semester), and I think I will get 2 or 3 backlogs this semester also.

Qualify MAKAUT CET or accepted entrance test. 4. Apply online/offline via KEI website or admission office. B.Sc. offers specializations like physics, chemistry, mathematics etc., with a three year duration. The degree is conferred by West Bengal State University (WBSU). The Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS) in Tirupati Andhra Pradesh offers B.Sc programs including ECG and Cardiovascular Technology. Eligibility requires 10+2 with Science subjects and English with a minimum aggregate of 45%. Intermediate vocational bridge course graduates in Biology & Physical Sciences are also eligible for certain courses. Admissions are based on Andhra Pradesh EAPCET scores. The four year full time B.Sc program in ECG and Cardiovascular Technology at SVIMS Tirupati has a total fee of INR 1.22 lakh.

The eligibility criteria for the B.Sc at Nehru Arts and Science College is given below:

1. pass the 10+2 level from a recognized board
2. The minimum marks are 50%.
3.  PCB/PCM should be the mandatory subjects as per specializations

Eligibility: For 1st Semester – Candidates need to pass Class 12 with a  minimum of 40% aggregate (Arts, Science or Commerce)

For 3rd Semester (Lateral Entry): A 3-year Diploma in ADFT/ Textiles/Handlooms Costume Design & Fashion. 
Duration: A 3 years for Regular students / 2 years for Lateral entry
