The syllabus for B.Sc. Finance and B.Sc. Economics will be almost similar to your intermediate syllabus. You can solve previous year's problems to boost up your preparation.

See, first, your admission will be cancelled from there and then if a seat will be available then you will have to take admission again and you would need to pay the full amount as fee as your refund process will take time. So, please confirm with the management of your college beforehand.

Yes you will be better fitted into this and you can score well in that. And the salary woukd be starting from 6 (if from a top50 college) and will go upto 40 LPA.

Your graduation score is a bit less, I would thus recommend you to try for a very high percentile - in the high 90's to stand a chance.
