The BSc in Oceanography exists at Bangalore University which belongs to the network of government higher education institutions in Bangalore. Baldanga University enjoys an excellent reputation which provides numerous Bachelor and master-level academic programs. The BSc Oceanography programme fees together with admission requirements remain unavailable for Bangalore University on the internet. According to me, you should focus on one course and pursue up to Master's degree. But, if you want to pursue both the programs, then you can pursue one program through distance from a different university.
All the best.
