To answer this you should understand that both are whole different things and have different scopes, so first of all make clear that what you have to do on future, B.Tech as name suggests have technical value and IIT offers you the best, if asked upon me, I would rather choose IIT.

If you have opportunity to go through IIT then choose IIT BHU over BHU, as name suggests you have all different expose in both campuses and further opportunities, IIT offers you with a different infrastructure including library and different cells which is a part of IIT campus.

There is an active placement cell on the campus so that the students can attend interviews on their qualifications and interests. Bajaj, TVs etc. Companies offered placements and 4 to 5 placements in a year. The highest package of placements is INR 1,00,000 and the average package is INR 50,000 offers in Bajaj company and etc. 58% of students got placements on after getting a degree.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Students who have done B.Sc. (IT/ CS are eligible to take admission in B.Tech Computer Science through lateral entry mode. According to the AICTE Guidance, candidates who have completed B.Sc. With a minimum mark of 45 percent and have completed class 12 with the subject of mathematics are eligible. So Yes, It is possible to join B.Tech course after completing B.Sc. Through the lateral entry scheme which is offered by most of the Engineering colleges. Hope it helps.
