Yes, You can take admission in two other universities. You will have to give CAT exam for that and college will be provided to you as per your marks.

Hello,
Well, without an entrance exam like CUET, you can't get into any government college, but you can get into affiliated colleges if the seats are available, like I'm in the University of Allahabad main campus. for the main campus, you have to qualify CUET exam, but the affiliated colleges like ISDC, CMP, ECC in Allahabad give a chance to non-CUET, but you have to go for a small entrance test. This law applies to every good college.
If you don't want to give any entrance test, then you should go for colleges that are in town or the countryside.

Yes, you can give CUET exam even if you haven't Psychology in 12th.
CUET allow every student to give exam of any background to apply for undergraduate course by checking eligibility criteria of the university which you are targeting .Many university do not need Psychology in 12th but there are some mandatoy subjects like english, biology and aptitude.

The eligibility criteria for Christ University Kengeri BSc in Psychology is Class 12 with 55% aggregate (Karnataka PUC / ISC / CBSE / NIOS / State Boards) in any stream (Humanities, Social Sciences, Commerce & Management, Sciences) from any recognised Board in India. Further, for BSc admission, candidates must participate in the in-house entrance test, i.e., Christ University Entrance Test. Further, Micro Presentation (MP) and Personal Interview (PI) are also part of the admission process, along with the candidate's performance in the past academic level.
