According to my knowledge and researches there is no mention about the course fee for B.Sc. Nursing in vpmm nursing college can u please visit the official college site for more information about that course and fees structure.

Kurukshetra University offers full-time B.Sc. Nursing KUK Admission is based on the merit score of the students. Students applying for the course needs to have completed class 12th from a recognised board with the minimum eligibility criteria of 50%.

Yes, you can apply for both of the courses, if meeting the eligibility criteria. B.Tech admission in IISC will be based on JEE Advanced only. While B.Sc. (R) admission will be based on JEE Main/Advanced, NEET/ IISER scores. You need to pay separate application fee for both of the courses.
