Part-time studying means one needs to attend classes as per the schedule either in the evenings or at weekends. However, with distance learning one is not required to classes. The study hours are flexible and one can study from anywhere, anytime.

Which is best regular or distance course? Distance education is a flexible study mode, and it creates students who cannot go for regular study in universities. Distance education is very easy for those students who want to study on their own. It provides a better experience without following the regular mode of studies.

The curriculum of Bachelor's in Science and Bachelor's in Technology is totally different specially in complex subjects like Biotech. Hence, you cannot pursue M.Tech after B.Sc. To pursue M.Tech in Environmental Engineering or Biotechnology Engineering the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology or B.Tech Biotechnology or M.Sc. Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or any other branch of life sciences with a minimum of 50% marks.

I'm sorry, but it is not possible to pursue an integrated M.Sc+B.Sc course in India as it is a contradictory combination. B.Sc is an undergraduate course, while M.Sc is a postgraduate course.
