Yes, you can you get admission in few government colleges of Uttar Pradesh without any entrance test. On the basis of your 12th score i.e you have at least 55 percentile in 12th. The universities in which you can apply for admission are
- Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly
- BBDU, Lucknow

Sir, there is no degree orcourse exist which can provide you a 100% placement guarantee it all depends upon your caliber and your progress. You have to work hard to achieve the placement .
Surely the BHMCT from IHM Meerut is a good career option but for placements you have to study hard as well as you also have vacational training & experience certificates of the department. For these certificates you have to work in hotels and chains as interns at just negligible stipend (max -1200 rs ) upto 6 months .

Hostel fees vary from college to college and also what facilities you prefer. But an average Fees is around 1 lakh to 1.6 lakhs per year.

Candidates must qualify for the NEET exam to seek BSc nursing admission in top nursing colleges . The marks needed for getting admission into AIIMS for a BSc in nursing are 55 for General category, 45 - 50 for OBC category, 30 - 40 for SC/ST category. I hope this answers your question.
