MGMIHS BSc admissions are both merit and entrance-based depending upon the specialisation selected by candidates. Admission to all the BSc specialisations except BSc Nursing is merit-based. Candidates seeking admission to the BSc Nursing programme must appear for the MGM CET.

Therefore, candidates seeking admission to the BSc Nursing at MGM Institute of Health Sciences cannot get direct admission to the programme.

MGMIHS BSc admissions are both merit and entrance-based. BSc Nursing programme admissions are based on scores obtained by candidates in the Common Entrance Exam conducted by the MGM Institute of Health Sciences (MGM CET). However, admission to the remaining BSc specialisations is based on marks obtained by candidates in the qualifying examination. Therefore, Class 12 marks are not enough for admission to the BSc Nursing programme offered at MGM Institute of Health Sciences.
