Gujarat Technological University Ahmedabad offers only one specialisations in BSc course, i.e., BSc in Biotechnology. Moreover, the university-affiliated colleges offer several specialisations in BSc courses, such as Microbiology, CS & IT, agriculture, etc. These specialisations are offered in the different fields. Now, it is really hard to choose any one best specialisation out of it because every specialisation has its own methods of learning and career opportunities.

After filling out the application form for the BSc course at Gujarat Technological University, candidates are required to verify their documents at the university or its affiliated college. The names of the important documents are as follows:
- Mark sheet Class 10
- Mark sheet Class 12/ Diploma Certificate
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Certificate of Physical Disability, issued and duly signed by the Civil Surgeon/Medical authority, in the case of a Physically Handicapped candidate.

The eligibility criteria to get enrolled in the BSc course at GTU Ahmedabad are that candidates must qualify for Class 12 with Science stream and must have Biology as a compulsory subject. with a minimum of 45% aggregate in the case of the General Category (40% aggregate in the case of the reserved category). Moreover, the admission process is based on merit.
Note: The management quota seats will be filled by the Institute on the basis of the merit list prepared by the Institute's admission committee.

Yes, candidates can join BSc courses at GTU Ahmedabad without relevant scores in entrance exams. Because the university accepts valid scores from Class 12 and releases the merit according to those scores. Therefore, an entrance exam is not compulsory to get admissions into BSc courses.
