Both B.Sc. Nursing and B.Pharm are good healthcare related courses but they have different career paths. Your choice should depend on your interests long term career goals and job opportunities.Of  your 70 percentile in MHT CET  you may get admission to private or semi-government colleges for both courses. If you have a state quota you may also get a government seat in some colleges.

The rank 40000 in TS EAMCET is not a good rank so the chances of getting a seat at Government College for B.Sc Nursing are not so good .

The competition level of TS EAMCET is very high but still sometimes it depends on the seat availability, specific college cutoff and the category you belong.

Madhav University has a very typical B.Sc. batch in Medical Laboratory Technology modeled upon private university attributes; on an average, there are 60-100 students in a batch.

Some years, the extra sections will add this number to 100, especially with the boom in the healthcare sector. The reserved category quotas (SC/ST/OBC) take almost 50% of the seats per the government rules.

Therefore, early in 2025, we can expect about 60-80 seats, but the announcement will only be made by the officials later on, clo

MGMIBT is best for B.Sc. (hons) in Biotechnology. It indeed has a good program, outfitted with modern labs and well-experienced professors, focusing on practical skills like genetic engineering and molecular biology. It has placement averages ranging between INR 3-4 Lacs per annum and boasts placement rates of 60-70 percent, which is decent compared to Maharashtra.

Contrasted to institutes like Fergusson College or IISER Pune, this lacks any elite research scope or national ranking. It will, however, be one of the top two or three for practical training in biotech and regional job placement-fitness.

Regularly there is no direct admission for B.Sc. at MGMIBT. Eligible candidates must have completed their 10+2 physics, chemistry, and biology, with an overall score of not less than 50 percent (45 percent in case of reserver categories). Admission is done purely on the basis merit via a subject score from the 12th grade and an entrance test conducted by the Institute.

Management quota seats may provide a chance for direct admission with a higher fee, but the number is very limited and does not apply to everyone. Final-year students of 12th standard can apply provisionally subject to results.

Even as a private institute, there will
