People always get confused between BTech as only engineering and BSc pure Science courses. But it is not like that. Students can opt for a BSc degree in IT. Yes, there are some differences such as the BTech has 8 semesters while BSc IT will have only 6. Some students think BTech is tough and they won't be able to perform better in the course while others feel BSc is way too easy.

BSc is comparatively easier in comparison to BTech owing to its curriculum demands and inclined more towards the non-technical part of the curriculum. BTech course is more technical and provides greater job opportunities as compared to BSc.

Yes, direct admission is valid for admission to BSc at Virohan: Suresh Gyan Vihar University. The admission criteria is solely based on the merit score obtained in the last qualifying exam of Class 12. There is no requirement to qualify for any entrance exam to secure a seat to BSc programme.
