No, NEET is not compulsory for admission in B.Sc. in Nursing at Lingaya's Institute of Health Sciences. To be eligible for admission, candidates must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English from a recognized board. Admissions at this Institute are merit based and the merit will be prepared based on your 12th score only. So in order to get admission easily, your 12th score need to be favorable.

Yes, you can definitely take admission for B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Nirma University, Ahmedabad with 12th PCB from gujrat state board. The minimum eligibility criteria is that the student need to have minimum 60% in 12th PCB from any recognized board. Admissions are merit based and your 12th score only will be considered for admission and merit will be prepared based on that only. If you qualify in the merit, you'll be provided admission.

The average package for B.Sc students at Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University - Pauri Campus is INR 2.5 LPA. Basically, it's a 3-year course and it remains the same for B.Com and BCA too. Around 70% B.Sc. students get placements in the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition in Srinagar. The highest salary package was around INR 3.25 Lacs per annum, while for on-job trainees the packages began at INR 2 Lacs per annum.
