JIPMER BSc admission cycle shall commence with the release of NEET application forms. It is generally released in March month of the admission year. The application window may get closed by April. Aspirants shall stay updated with important dates to submit form timely.

In terms of fee, BSc at JIPMER Puducherry is more economical than Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital. The total tuition fee for BSc at JIPMER is INR 4,800 and BSc fee at GGSMCH is INR 90,000. This fee is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative. Moreover, the total course fee at these institutes can include other components as well, such as security deposit, hostel fee, and more.

JIPMER BSc admission is entrance-based. Candidates are shortlisted and admission is offered based on NEET scores. However, there are some specialisations, in which the admission can be granted on merit-basis. Candidates who are Class 12 pass with PCM/Biology and English as a subject with at least 50% aggregate (for general candidates) can apply. The aspirants must meet the age limit as well. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility requirements can apply for admission by completing the application form.

It is important to note that the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani does not have a B.Sc. Nursing programme for registration on the Common Admission Test. In Odisha, admission in B.Sc Nursing is generally offered through OJEE, while PG in Nursing is usually entrance test through OJEE, though certain private nursing colleges take examination answer key of NEET into consideration for admission.
