Students at Nilamber Pitambar University are not guaranteed a 100% placement rate. The university's placement cell puts a lot of effort into helping students in different fields find jobs and internships, but the ultimate result is dependent on a number of variables, including competitiveness, industry demand, and individual student achievement. The university works hard to give students the knowledge and experiences they need to improve their employability. In order to be admitted to Nilamber Pitambar University's BSc program, applicants must have earned at least a 50% in their 10+2 coursework. The qualifying test should cover topics from the Science group that are pertinent to the selected stream. The selection method is mostly merit-based, taking into account the total scores in the top four 10+2 subjects (not including environmental science). Candidates from reserved categories, such as SC, ST, or PwD, may be able to have their qualifying marks relaxed by up to 5%.
