No, one cannot get a direct admission to the B.Sc. (Horticulture) programme at Dr. Y.S.R. Horticultural University.
Admission is usually based on performance in the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET (Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test). You need to qualify in this entrance exam to be considered for admission. A good score in the entrance exam increases the chance of admission in the University.

However, IGNOU offers students MA in Psychology and the eligibility criteria are such that the aspirants need to have a Bachelor's degree (in any stream) from a recognised university. Apart from IGNOU, other top universities offering Psychology courses include the University of Calcutta, the University of Pune, Central University, and Karnataka, among others. So you can pursue MA Psychology from IGNOU after completing BSc in Biology.
