Candidates who have qualified CUET UG can also send their application for BSc (Hons) admission. The university conducts an aptitude test for the aspirants who have not qualified any of the accepted entrance exam i.e, KREE. Additionally, candidates are required to attend the PI round. After the completion of the selection rounds, aspirants are called for counselling and document verification round. Shortlisted aspirants are required to pay a course fee to confirm their admission.

No, there is no provision for direct admission at any college of University of Delhi. Candidates seeking admission to BSc (Hons) at Jesus and Mary College must appear for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) to be eligible for the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) of Delhi University.
