College of Nursing, Sangli Bharati Vidyapeeth is a self financed college and therefore the fee structures for bsc. Nursing are comparatively higher to that of Government colleges. The estimated fees are:

- Tuition fees: ?1,20,000 –? 1,50,000 per year
- Hostel fees: ?50,000 To ?70,000 Per Annum
- Other charges: $200 – $400 per year
- Total: Rs. 18000- Rs. 24000 per year

In all the 4-year programme will cost around ?7,20,000 – ?9,60,000. This may however be considered costlier but for some students, the college name, physical facilities and quality education justify the amount required for the college fees.
