You can opt for loan as being a government college you wouldn't face much difficulty for opting a loan .
For scholarship, there are national as well as state and campus scholarship available all you have to is fill the form and documents and perform well in academics.
Sports quota etc. are also available.

The latest cutoff for B.Sc. at Central University of Kashmir varies each year based on the entrance exam performance and the number of applicants.
