I got offer from NIIT University for B.Tech CSE with 50% scholarship and also from UPES, Dehradun for B.Tech CSE but with no scholarship.

In my personal view, I would prefer NIIT University over UPES-Dehradun, for the below mentioned reasons. 1. MNIT- Being an NIT, you will get best faculty, infrastructure, environment and ofcourse the best placements in Jaipur.
2. LNMIIT- After MNIT, it is the second best college for CSE. Placements packages are comparatively less as compared to MNIT still better than all other colleges in Rajasthan.

Tuition fees at Manipal is very high. Than RVCE. RVCE's CSE is about 8-9. LPA. MIT's CSE AVG package is 4-5 LPA. For CSE, RVCE would be good.
