Hello,Any student other than those belonging to Karnataka also can pursue their Bachelor of engineering courses in the state of Karnataka. The only restriction is government colleges or government aided colleges. They restrict admissions to students who belong to Karnataka and who had given KCET examination. For privately funded colleges a different examination called COMEDK is conducted and you can get admission to non-aided private Engineering Colleges through this test. There are many Deemed to be universities in Karnataka also which conduct their own examination on an all India basis. Best wishes to you.

If you are seeking admission in electrical engineering branch then my suggestion would be VIT. It is one of the most reputed private colleges after BITS-Pilani. It is the best option in every context whether it is the environment, placement, fest, exposure or anything else. It is better than BMS-Bangalore. BMS-Bangalore is also a good option. Now, it's up to you, but first of all, you have to clear its entrance exam.
Good luck.

AMC Engineering College is good for CSE, but placements are average in both the colleges. When compared to infrastructure and teaching, AMC College is better than Brindavan.

It is a good option. You will get enough benefits of being in a private college. But placements depend on your skills.

You just have to approach any bank and ask them for the educational loan and they will discuss the full procedure with you, regarding the documents, the repay and the most important thing interest. But before you take up the education loan just do some research of banks, in which bank you find more comfortable and procedure that suits you.
