The college offers B.Tech programs in Computer Science and Engineering, CSE - Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Information Technology, with 180, 60, 120 and 120 students did so. Therefore, the total number of students eligible for B.Tech at KL University Hyderabad will depend on the number of seats available in each programme and the number of eligible admissions fulfilling the eligibility criteria. KL University Hyderabad without the TS EAMCET exam for B.Tech is not possible.
Admissions to the B.Tech programs includes KLEEE (KL Engineering Entrance Examination), JEE-Main, JEE-Advanced, or other state-level engineering entrance exams across India. Additionally, candidates with merit in sports or cultural activities may also be considered for admission.
