Here's the list of some important documents that you must carry with you during the admission process for the BTech Nanotechnology course:
- Class 12th mark sheet with at least 50 to 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects.
- Provisional Certificate (if the original mark sheet is not issued)
- Class 10th mark sheet (if required)
- Entrance Exam Scorecard and Admit Card Copy
- A valid ID proof like Adhaar Card, PAN Card, etc.
- Migration and character certificates, if required.
- Reserved Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Recent passport-size photographs

BE in Nano Technology is a good option, but remember currently for 4-5 years, there are very less scope in India, because currently India don't use Nano Tech in every field, but better options are available in USA.
