The selection process for BTech / BE admissions at Adichunchanagiri University is entirely online. Candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in accepted entrance exams such as the ACU Entrance Test, COMEDK UGET, or KCET. Students can apply with the scorecard of any one of these exams. Only those who meet the required eligibility criteria will be considered for admission.

For candidates in the General category, IIT Bombay's dual B.Tech + MBA program (through SJMSOM) requires a CAT score in the 90th percentile. The 2025 composite score cutoff for final admission was approximately 48.27 for males and 44.64 for females in the General/EWS category; OBC, SC, ST, and PWD candidates had lower thresholds.

B.Tech at Presidency College - Not Offered.

Additionally, for M.Tech admission, the single window counselling by Anna University Chennai is considered. No, Saintgits College of Engineering BTech admission is strictly granted on a merit-basis. For the management merit seats, the rank list is made based on marks in Physics and Mathematics in Class 12. The merit list for admission is prepared in order of merit through online counselling. Thus, the college does not provide direct admission in BTech courses.
