You cannot get any college under the JEE counselling as you belong to general category. Your chances are nil and you also need to have at least 75% in board exams. So, you need to try for the colleges that accept both JEE Mains scores and board exam marks for admission.

Distance learning engineering degree has been banned since 2009 by a circular of Ministry of HRD, government of India and also banned by AICTE even a part time BE is not allowed. Hence, such degree is completely non-recognized and not valid for job and higher education

If you have got campus selection and got a job then join it but if did not then keep trying to get a job. You can also prepare for government job exams or can also go for M.Tech.
