The B.Voc in hospital instrumentation and management is a specialty course, whereas the B.Sc. In hotel management is a general Bachelor's-level course. Here is a small comparison to help you decide which is better for you:
1. Popularity: The B.Sc. In hotel management is more popular. Compared to a B.Voc. In hospital instrumentation and management, this degree offers more career options.
2. Coursework: The B.Sc. Programme covers subjects like food Science fundamentals, international cuisine, hotel engineering, and more. The B.Voc. Programme puts a greater emphasis on hospital administration, financial management, and inventory control.

BBA gives you the eligibility of various courses but B.Voc bounds you to pursue only a few PG courses.
