According to a statement released by the UGC B.Voc is an undergraduate degree. The candidates who have completed their B.Voc degree are eligible to take up PG level courses after the completion of the programme. B.Voc degree in medical lab technology comprises practical knowledge along with theory whereas B.Sc. Courses has more theoretical concepts in the 3 year syllabus. If you want to do a job as a medical lab technologist it would be better to pursue the B.Voc course because this programme gives you 18 months of internship.
