To be eligible for admission to BTech at Bahra University candidates are required to Pass Class 10 and Class 12 ffrom any recognised state/national board with PCM as subjects and minimum 45% aggregate (reserved category-40% aggregate). Further, candidates must appear for the accepted entrance exam JEE Main. But if candidate haven't taken any entrance exam, university recommend taking the Pearson Undergraduate Entrance Exam for admisison. After fulfillment of the eligibility criteria, candidates are required to visit the official website of the university to apply online.

In order to be eligible for admission to various courses at Bahra University, candidates must complete the last educational qualification set by the university. The institute offers courses, such as BTech, BPharma, BBA, MCA, MBA, etc., at the UG and PG level. Other than UG and PG courses, the university also offers doctoral and Diploma courses. The eligibility criteria for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme at Bahra University is as follows :
- Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from a recognised university, college or institution.
- The bachelor's degree must be in any discipline and must be at least 3 years long.
- Applicants must have scored at least 50% in their bachelor's degree, or 45% for reserved categories.

Eligibility criteria for MBA at Bahra University :
Candidates need to pass a three-year graduation course (with score 50% or more) to apply forBahra University for MBA course. Aspirants also need to qualify CUET-PG (MUST) or any other Management entrance exam such as XAT, CAT, CEMAT. Aspirants must hold the scorecard for verification at later stages of admission. The applications can be submitted online only by the eligible candidates.

Bahra University offers a two-year Master of Business Administration (MBA) course at the PG level. To be eligible for the course at Bahra University, the candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% scores in any discipline from any recognized university/institute.

Bahra University admission to the BPharma programme is made if candidates meet the minimum eligibility requirement set by the University. For admission to the BPharma programme at Bahra University, candidates must have passed the Class 12 examination with from any recognised state/national board with PCB or Maths minimum 45% aggregtae (reserved cateogory - 40% aggregate).
Bahra University BPharm admission is also offered via lateral entry for which candidate must complete Diploma in Pharmacy from recognised state board with minimum 45% aggregate (for reserved category – 40% aggregate).
