BIIB Pune accepts CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, and MAH-CET scores for MBA admission. BIIB also conducts SBEST for aspirants who have not appeared for any of the accepted entrance exams. For PhD admission, the institute considers SBUP-PET/ UGC NET (JRF)/ UGC-CSIR NET (JRF)/ SET/ GATE/ SLET scores. Sri Balaji University, Pune also admits PhD students through an Entrance Test (SBUP - PET) conducted at the level of the University. The shortlisted candidates are further called for interview and other selection rounds.

Currently, the applications are open for 2025 session at BIIB Pune for MBA programme. Aspirants can apply till Dec 28, 2024 for MBA admission. The institute releases its application form online.
