The NMIT Bangalore BTech admission process starts with an application stage. In this stage, interested students are required to submit an online application form available on the official website of the institute. Moreover, as per the institute's admission policy, students are required to take the NUCAT exam.

Once the application stage is completed, the institute's selection committee constitutes a rank list based on students' scores in the qualifying examination. Based on this list, students are shortlisted. The shortlisted students must report to the institute for verification of documents and payment of fees.
