MAHE provides Merit Scholarships to students meeting the criteria. To continue the scholarship in the subsequent year, students must pass in all subjects with a CGPA of 8.0 or above in the immediate previous academic year. 

MAHE provides Dr. Ramdas Pai Merit Scholarship to students pursuing a course from Manipal Centre for Philosophy and Humanities, Bangalore. Under the scholarship, top 10% (CGPA) students get a 30% tuition fee waiver for the second and third year, respectively.
