Hello Ankit. In Indian context, you can pursue any professional course like CA/CMA/CS. But it would take more than 2 years to complete. Alternatively, you can pursue certifications like
1) CFA Chartered Financial Analyst
2) CPA Certified Public Accountant
3) FRM - Financial Risk Manager

You can go to M.Voc. In banking operations. You can also prefer to do MBA from a particular college. Also, you can do some preparations for banking and apply for the vacant seats in the bank this year.
