IIRM is a good college for marketing but if you are planning to take admission in Finance than I'll suggest you to look out for different college
1) No good company is coming for Summer Internship
2) Very few companies are coming for placement in finance which are not providing good package
3) Faculties of Finance are also not good

A CA would be able to complete the CPA course in 4 - 6 months time with enough preparation, given that there is a content overlap.

It is quite tough for you. If you have already done B.Pharma then go for MBA it's good but done MBA and do B.Pharma it is difficult. Good luck.
