You cannot pursue LL.M directly. First, you have to do LLB. There is no LLM in corporate finance, only corporate law is available. I don't think LLM will give you advantage here, because your main stream is MBA and it will not help with management. You can just study the law from a good book for your personal information or do CS course which is better.

First you have to clear Preliminary exam, then you are eligible for Mains exam. The cut off marks will be decided by bank authority. You have prepared for the following subjects. Test of Reasoning
Test of English Language
Test of Computer Knowledge
Test of General Awareness
Test of Numerical Ability
And for Preliminary Exam
English Language
Reasoning Ability
Quantitative Aptitude
You can also solve the last year questions paper which help you in preparation
