Hi,
With 70 Percentile, you would not get the good universities, as most of the top private universities have 85 percentile for CAT exams. I would say you can appear for their respective exams to qualify rather then waiting you can try in Amity university, Lovely Professional University, SRM and GLA University.

You may get a job on the basis of your computer efficiency. The finance course may not contribute to your selection apart from the fact that it will fulfill you, being a graduate requirement.

Dear Govind, You are eligible to apply for many government jobs with your 12th qualification in BIPC. But you will have a chance to apply for very few options. They are given below.
1. SARC (Special Class Railway Apprentice )
2. SSC Multi-Tasking
3. SSC CHSL
4. Postal Multi-Tasking
5. Postal Assistants/Sorting Assistants
6. Railways and many other. But my best suggestion is to you can go for further study then only you will reach a required goal and Here we are proving you the some of the courses after completion of 12th with BIPC.
