There is nothing like "This field is good for women and that is not". For Marketing; there are many girls who are doing PGDM in this sector. However, for field job, probably yes. Because this is the first stage of direct customer interaction. And all the candidates in marketing feild have to go from this phase. If you are able to showcase your convincing, communication, personal selling skills, to recruiter then you will essentially be promoted to decision making position.
