You can apply anywhere, as it is of 1 year and eligibility should be 10+2. Or else, you may go for degree also that will be of more value instead of Diploma. So, you can opt of MBA or B.Com. Rest, choose what allures you the most. All the best.

Hi Kartik Pundir, given your background you can look for a good MBA programme. I think it will be the best option at this stage. You can choose a relevant specialization too like Finance which is really a boom. Or you can go for MBA in General Management, International Business etc. Any other MS programme will be leading towards a research oriented career. Take the GMAT or GRE. You can check with your company for sponsored MBA. Scholarships are also available for MBA applicants from the business schools itself. Check schools like IE business school, HEC Paris, INSEAD and many more.

After completion of B.Com, I would recommend you to go with the Finance specialization, as it will give you an extra edge as you have the knowledge of accounts, taxation and all. Logistics is also one of the booming careers with the advent of e commerce players in the market. It depends on your interest on how you want to shape up your career and where you need to work.
