You are selecting your profession based on totally wrong criteria. You must choose your career based on your interests, passion, skills and personality to excel in professional career and earn your network respect. I suggest that you rethink your career strategy. By the way both Software Engineer or Bank Manager can earn equal respect by virtue of their performance and financial success.

No, nothing as of depends on the position you are applying for.
Normally, you are required Master's degree only for a specialist job.
Like, specialist of it in banks etc. except these graduation is enough.

All are good fields you may choose any one of them, but in my suggestion go for law because it provides you great job opportunities and great exposure in your life. There is a huge demand in the field of law in coming years in India.
