Graduate from any stream i.e either from Science, Arts, Commerce or Engineering. You can get a job in banking sectors easily. Students must have good analytical and aptitude skills to qualify different banking exams conducted by private /government banks. All the best.

To make a good career in banking and finance, ddopt comparatively tough path i.e. try to qualify different banking exams like PO. Government banks already offer graduate management programms to all aspirants. You will have a successful career thereafter. All the best.

It looks like that you are new in the banking sector. For getting jobs in banks, common recruitment exams are conducted.
IBPS conducts the common written exams for nationalised banks, for the post of PO, Clerk & SO.
Rather than this, many banks conduct their own exam like Bank of Baroda. SBI conducts its own exam as well.
So, you have to give & qualify it.

First and foremost - you need to register and become a member of the stock exchange. You must also register with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). SEBI governs all the stock brokers, protects the rights of the investors and acts as a regulatory body of the ever-fluctuating markets.

You can do banking services jobs based on your Commerce background. Maths Knowledge of 10th class is sufficient for banking jobs. You will require good numerical and data interpretation ability to clear all banking services exam both for PO and clerical services.
