Dear Ajit,
It is always good to move ahead by upgrading yourself on the career path that you are interested in, but as you have mentioned that you have 10 years of work experience in banking operations & Planning. I would highly recommend you to go for 2 years full-time MBA in banking and finance at Symbiosis College of Banking and Finance. The faculty members and placement facilities provided by them are very good. You are advised to appear for PO examinations after BBI to become a banker in public sector banks. However, if you want to become banker in private banks, you are advised to do MBA from a prestigious management college.
