CS can be done from anywhere in India. There are 3 levels Foundation, Executive and Final. Since you are graduate you can start from Executive and need to take admission at www.icsi.edu.
There is compulsory training (under practicing CS or a firm or company) that you need to undergo like if you opt training after completing final you need to take 1 year training.
